A Twist to Ombre Nails

I've always been fond of doing my own nails and scanning the internet for new ideas, so recently I was inspired by all the ombre / water color like nail polish designs I have been seeing. Together with my love for anything girly and sparkly, here's a twist to the cliched ombre nails.
First, prepare different shades of pink or any other color you prefer, I had a shade of light pink and red with me, and since I have no time to buy another I used white to produce different shades.

Next, I painted my nails white, this will serve as the background of the design.
Then I started putting small amounts of the different colors of nail polish on my white-painted nail. The key here is put drops of nail polish overlapping the other. After which, I used another brush to smudge the nail polish and produce the ombre-look.
I made sure not to spread too much so that the design stays in the middle of my nails, and then added glitters after.
So far, I find this abstracted ombre nail design the easiest when it comes to nail art!
