I have always been fond of spontaneity, especially the kind that is in need of hours of travel and too early to wake up mornings... not. But thankfully, I always loved the outdoors and all that it offers, so despite my sleepy eyes, and the fact that I was the greatest loner of the trip (all thanks to my friends who had promised to come but decided it's better to be bummed at home) I was definitely a happy little nature tripping kiddo.

 Together with my Landscape Architecture classmates, I went on exploring the PACEM Eco Park in Assumption Antipolo.

I have visited different Eco parks before, but PACEM was not like any of them. For one there was a guided tour and a film viewing to start the tour with.There was also a museum filled with preserved butterflies (which we were not allowed to take a photo of) and seashells.

 It was also like going to a mini zoo, since the eco park also serves as a temporary habitat for different kinds of animal.

 It was like a next level garden with the different flowers and animals altogether. If I was brought here as a child, I definitely would palpitate out of excitement!

I was incredibly in awe with these little fat chickens that looks so much like cartoon characters!

And this Cassowary was both beautiful and creepy! On my mind (because I was, again, the greatest loner) I was like 'look it's that guy from Up!'

To make up with my loneliness (haha) I decided to make new friends. This here is Mr. Deer, who got mad and charged at us for taking his pictures. He is really camera shy!

And this is Mr. Snake who was the sassiest of them all!

And my new best friends, the bunnies!

There were also different kinds of birds! and not all of them were in captive. You literally get to be wooshed by the wings of some.

And lastly my personal favorite, Mr. Monkey who is a real snob by the way!

So despite my misfortunes (enumerated above), I definitely enjoyed the trip and would love to go back in a much likeable situation haha.
